Tsikata Apenyo

Tsikata Apenyo is a Fellow at Fellow at Nextech Invest Ltd, where he assists in new deal sourcing and evaluation and scientific due diligence of innovative therapeutic start-ups. Prior to Nextech, Tsikata commissioned as a US Army officer and served as a Fulbright Fellow in the Republic of China. Currently, he is a fourth year medical student pursing an M.D. at Brown University’s Alpert Medical School and first year business student pursing an M.B.A. at Yale University’s School of Management where he focuses on the intersection between medicine and business. Tsikata graduated with honors from the University of Portland with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry where he served on student government and conducted research.

Aside from Nextech, Tsikata is an avid sports fan and is looks forward to the day he can finally retire and spend all his time playing, talking or watching sports.
